Scans live (approved, upcoming) events for likely duplicates — a shared source URL,
or the same day with near-identical titles. The oldest entry is the suggested keep.
Merge into… is the one to reach for: pick which copy to keep, and
the other comes off the site while its id keeps working — bookmarks and
recommendations made against it forward to the copy you kept, and pick up its
details. Reject hides a row without forwarding it, for entries
that aren't really duplicates of anything. Both are undoable here until you reload.
Edit opens the full editor in a new tab; save there, then re-run the
check. Nothing changes automatically.
